Subject: Libel, Slander and Defamation

Dear StormWeb Staff:

We are concerned now after several months of adverse writings about our
company, the Evans Group of Galleries, which has now been reduced to
publications on their Web site, Artspace2000 which you host on your
servers. The information posted by the owners is untrue and we are now
ready to begin legal proceedings against both the company and the owner,
Patricia Zubriski for libel, slander, defamation of character and
denying the pursuit of a livelihood since we have suffered a tremendous
loss in both income and client base.

As is posted in the section of your privacy policy entitled ZERO
TOLERANCE:
StormWeb's policy concerning "spam", or unsolicited e-mail and
cross-posting to Usenet newsgroups is immediate cancellation. If you
engage in any of these activities on our network or with any reference
to our network, your services will be terminated immediately, with no
prior notice, and no refunds for unused portions of service will be
granted.

Ms. Zubriski has not only posted inaccurate, libelous and slanderous
materials about myself and our business, but she has sent literally
thousands of e-mails out across the Internet including each and every
client of our business.

We realize under the INDEMNIFICATION clause when Ms. Zubriski signed an
agreement with you, the agreement holds you harmless from lawsuits,
however we have no such agreement with you and as long as you continue
to support both she and her Web site, we have been advised that you can
and will be held responsible for any and all of her activities since you
host her site.

Examples of her illegal activities can be found on pages: (1)
http://www.artspace2000.com/Membership_info/artspace2000.htm;
http://www.artspace2000.com/Art_Impact/Issue%20_7/messagefromartspace2000.htm;
http://www.artspace2000.com/Art_Impact/Issue_6/evans_wall_gallery_and_evan_cart.htm

... the rest you may track on your own.

We have filed a complaint, Undisclosed or Unsubstantiated Charges
against Ms. Zubriski with the Federal Trade Commission and a copy of
that complaint
is available upon request. Please be assured that while the FTC
responds
differently, they will take actions to protect our rights at large and
we will exhaust every option we have to stop Ms. Zubriski and the few
who have joined in with her libelous and slanderous behavior. We trust
that you will govern yourselves accordingly and send an immediate notice
to cease and desist these activities.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and I look
forward to your immediate response.

Respectfully,

e v a n w a l l c a r t e r

Dear StormWeb Staff:

Apparently your staff has not taken us seriously as Ms. Pat Zubriski of ArtSpace2000 continues her printed assault against  our business and the members of our staff at
http://www.artspace2000.com/Art_Impact/Issue%20_7/messagefromartspace2000.htm.

We had hoped that a simple letter of notification to your offices would have sufficed, but obviously that hasn't convinced you
or her. We are left with no alternative but to continue exhausting every legal option to stop her. It is an unfortunate set of
circumstances and I personally had hoped that an organization with your good name and credentials would have responded
differently.

Regards,
