 If you are going to work as an artist, you should train with one!
   

             

Michael has built custom furniture, is experienced
as a wood carver, an acrylic artist, and in the carpet industry for more than ten years.

You will spend sixty hours of hands-on training, learning everything you need to know
to get started in the world of custom rugs.

A good student should have
some carpet training, good with their hands, and have some artistic abilities, but Anyone can learn this business.

Create custom rugs, corporate wall hangings, walk off mats, or full room inlays.

We will teach you
 

(1) How to come up with a design that fits your customer's needs.
 

(2) How to make patterns for your work.

(3) The best ways to cut out your work.

(4) How to put your work together.

(5) Carving, binding, beveling, serging.

(6) The best backing or underlayment to use.

(7) The tools needed to start.

(8) Where to buy tools and equipment needed to start your business.

(9) The space needed at start up.

(10) The best carpet and materials needed to match your customer's needs.

(11) Where to find artwork for your designs.

(12) Where to get business and market your work.
 

Our Training program is $3800.00 dollars
payable in certified check, money order or cash.
 

You will train from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one hour for lunch six days or sixty hours. The student will make three small rugs to keep, and a lot will be covered in six days.
You will spend sixty hours with Michael only and at least half of this time will be hands on (the best way to learn).
Transportation to Marietta, Ga. is not included, Hotel is included for one. Transportation to and from hotel  and lunch is included as well as pick up and drop off to airport.
