From a kiln in a backyard chicken coop, in fact, United Design has grown into the largest animal figurine manufacturer in America - if not the world! But even though they have grown far beyond their first tiny factory, they still manufacture each figurine by hand, from the original sculpture to the handcrafted and handpainted castings that are collected by people all over the world.
