Tara Moorman

For me the images come through meditation. I use prayer to connect with universal energy with the intention to create art that is healing to those that view it. I believe artwork created with this intention contains an energy of healing that takes place through the optic nerve. The artwork carries this healing energy with it wherever it is placed. It creates an environment of peace, joy and harmony that resonates with all that see it reminding them either consciously or sub-consciously of the true light that they are. I have also been blessed with the opportunity to meditate on a person and create a painting that represents their "Soul Essence Image". The image comes with a channeled explanation. It has been very rewarding to create over 200 of these and very meaningful for the recipient.

Artist Biography

Tara Moorman is an artist and owner of Healing Images, Inc. For 12 years she utilized her BFA in Design from the University of Kansas in her own marketing and design firm. Since 1994 she has pursed her passion of creating fine art.

For Tara the images come from connecting with the universal energy through prayer and meditation. The result is paintings that have a feeling of light, three dimension and color balance that is spiritual in nature. She believes that people appreciate her work because they find it not only pleasing to the eyes but also to the soul.

Tara is a Reiki Master and infuses her paintings with Reiki energy and light. Lately she has been doing intuitive "visual readings" she calls Soul Essence Portraits. She meditates on the clients name, birth date and soul essence and co-creates a visual painting of their personal essence. This work is very meaningful to Tara and the recipients.
