Ildiko Pataki and Istvan Parragh: Embroidered Portraits
The Creative Artistic Team of Ildiko Pataki and Istvan Parragh always loved
animals, especially their German Shepherd. They wanted to embroider his
portrait on a jacket. They wanted to show his personality through his eyes as
paintings and drawings do. They researched, studied and created the first
embroidered portrait in 1997. Since then they have converted thousands of
designs and portraits to embroidery. They both have born in Budapest, Hungary.
They artistic talent was discovered at an early age by talent searches. They
have studied many different arts and art history, including music, performing
arts, like dance, pantomime, acting and singing, also painting, drawing,
photography, make-up artistry, choreography, stage lighting, costume design,
sewing, hand embroidery, in several prestigious Artist Academy in Budapest.
After many years of traveling all over the World as performers, they settled
in Las Vegas, Nevada. They love of animals, the life long artistic creativity
and they continuous pursuit of perfection paved them the way to become the
award winner Embroidery Portrait Artists.
