I joined the Rossland Art Club, of which I am now a proud Life Member. I am an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, working toward Signature status, and an Associate Member
of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour. I can be found almost every Thursday morning at our Thursday AM Painting group at the Visac Gallery in Trail, B.C. Recently we formed a group of five painters known as 'The Kootenay V and Associates' and I am one of the founding members. I have completed the Minneapolis 1st year Commercial Art Course. I have enjoyed instructive workshops with P. Margolin of Agenta, an international artist, and taken many wonderful courses through the Federation of Canadian Artists West Kootenay Chapter. I have taught workshops myself with School District #20 and tutored several young painters on a yearly basis. I love to paint and sketch outdoors and have experience in pet painting on a commission basis.  I am presently involved in life studies and enhancing my personal drawing skills by going back to the basics and colour theory studies that keep my painting strong and true.
