Do you have a great photo and an insatiable desire for fame and fortune? Then
enter our Screen Saver Photography Contest! Just send us a 640 by 480 JPEG of your original
photo, and a model release for any persons in the image. Every month, best submissions in each
of our screen saver categories will receive $100 worth of software each � and everyone will
be able to download a screen saver of the prize-winning images. Every twelve months we will award a $1,000 cash prize to the best photo from our monthly
winners. Submission of entry constitutes entrant's consent to and agreement with these contest rules:
1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and be allowed by the laws of their state to
participate in this contest.
2. By submitting a photograph the person submitting photograph certifies that the photograph is
the original work of the entrant, that he or she has the right to publish such photograph, and that
the photograph has never been published before.
3. A signed Model Release Form for every person in the image must accompany any entry
containing recognizable persons.
4. Submissions may be featured on LRH Saver's home page. Entry in the contest constitutes
permission for Cosmi Corporation/LRH Savers LLC to use the submission for publication. By
submitting said photograph the person hereby grants the rights to Cosmi
Corporation/LRH
Savers LLC to publish said photograph in electronic form, and to use, without further
compensation, their photographs for promotion & publication. All submissions become the
property of Cosmi Corporation/LRH Savers LLC, and as such may not be published elsewhere
(including but not limited to other internet web sites and print publications) without the express
written consent of Cosmi Corporation/LRH Savers LLC. Use of winning photos without the
express written consent of Cosmi Corporation/LRH Savers LLC, will result in immediate
forfeiture of prizes and disqualification from the annual contest.
5. Cosmi Corporation/LRH Savers LLC will not be held liable for any form of image
deterioration due to any electronic publishing problem such as but not limited to incorrect color,
image distortion, mislabeling, cropping, lost e-mail, incorrect image transfer, or any problem
related to publishing the submission.
6. Entries should be submitted as 640 by 480 pixel JPEG files attached to an email which
contains the entrant's full name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and email address.
7. Entries (and any model releases) must be received by midnight Pacific Time on the last day
of the month to be eligible for next month's prize.
8. Winners will be notified via email by the 15th of the following month.
9. Each monthly winner will automatically be entered in annual contest.
10. There is no limit to the number of entries.
11. Entries will be evaluated based on appeal, content and photographic skill. The decision of
the judges is final. In the event of a tie, duplicate prizes will be awarded.
12. There is no entry fee for the contest and no purchase is necessary.
